GSM-UPM Corporate Strategy Simulation
After a tiring 4 days 3 night corporate strategy simulation camp at Eagle Ranch Resort, Port Dickson. I managed to sneak out some time to blog again for the first time in this month.
The corporate strategy simulation camp was a Must for all postgraduates undertaking MBA at UPM. Without going through this program, we are not suppose to graduate. Anyhow, it was one of a fun and thrilling camp i ever joined. The location is situated just way south of Port dickson at Pasir Panjang in a secluded part of the beach area. These resort provide variety of activities and fun games to the public to join.
GSM-UPM has make used of these facility to incorporate their management games and thrilling war games in these 4 days 3 nights. There are a total of 12 events properly plan for us during this simulation. It included events of using both physical and mental activities. The intense training to build our mind, soul, teamwork, and ability to strategize in all games were an eye opener to most of us. There was no time to rest well and pause for second thoughts as every events was packed in all slot which gave no room for any other activities. We learned to build our confidence, leadership, decision making, teamwork, trust, ability to confront our fear and also many other skills.

- Naming of company, tagline, and cheers
- Map reading and navigation
- Lost in the sea
- Obstacles games
- Water confidence
- Raft building and water rafting
- Toxic waste
- Bridge crossing
- Chemicals over river kwai
- War games in the jungle. (night)
- Traffic jams
- Young riders
